Simonette Bar is located downstairs at Palihotel Culver City and serves some of LA’s finest craft cocktails and a fun selection of Old World wines and ciders in a convivial French Bistro setting. Cocktails like “World Famous” (rye, benedictine, bitter bianco, angostura bitters), Saint Fume (mezcal, benedictine, strawberry, jalapeño), and Petit Merle (tequila blanco, blackberry, sage, ginger) are both beautiful and delicious, and draw inspiration from the ingredients and techniques of French cooking.
