The Lobby Bar at Greenbrier Swim & Social serves an ambitious and bespoke assortment of craft cocktails alongside a fun selection of natural wine and local beers. Cocktails like the “Early Bird” (vodka, peach, lemon, mint, bitters,) “Sun Hat” (tequila, watermelon, ginger liquor, lime,) “Dr. Hook” (rum, Campari, passion fruit, mint, lime) and house made frozen drinks are bright, tasty, and unexpected, drawing inspiration from the diverse cultures of Miami.
