Palihotel Seattle is home to The Hart and The Hunter, the Pacific Northwest outpost of the laid-back Americana diner that first opened its doors at Palihotel Melrose in Los Angeles back in 2012. Steps from iconic Pike Place Market, this family-friendly and cheerful neighborhood spot offers crave-worthy dishes for all-day brunch and dinner, such as Chicken Pot Pie, local Oysters and a fresh raw bar, our World-Famous Butter Biscuits, Old Bay Jojos, Pie à la Mode, and other delights! Cocktails range from seasonal specialties to the classics done right.
