From Garden Street, head up the front steps and through the double doors, and you will find the front desk to your right. If you're coming from our parking garage, take the elevator up to the lobby level, and you'll see the front desk straight ahead.

We can't guarantee early check-in, but please give us a call at 805.564.4700 the morning of your planned arrival, and we'll be happy to check availability for you. If we’re not able to accommodate an early check-in, we can store your bags at the front desk until your room is ready.

We'll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day's check-ins. Give us a call or stop by the front desk and we’ll see what we can do.

Self-parking is available at Palihouse Santa Barbara in our covered parking garage for $30 + tax per night. When you check in, let the front desk team know you’d like to park, and they’ll provide you with a parking pass.

Yes! We have two electric vehicle charging stations available for registered guests, based on availability.

Yes, Palihouse Santa Barbara offers all-day dining at our Mediterranean-style courtyard, delightful garden café, cocktail bar, and lobby lounge. Our playful and approachable all-day menu features locally sourced ingredients, specialty cocktails, and a progressive wine list. We are open daily from 8am-3pm for breakfast and lunch, and daily until 9pm for drinks and light bites.

Yes! We have a guest-exclusive Fitness Center featuring Peloton bikes, a treadmill, and weights that is open daily fom 8am to 9pm.

Yes, Palihouse Santa Barbara is a dog-friendly hotel! Well behaved dogs under 30 lbs. are welcome with a one-time pet fee per stay of $125 + tax. A dog bed, bowl, custom toy, and treats are included in the fee. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room unattended, and human guests must sign a pet waiver during check-in. Limit one dog per room.
